California is getting cold for real! We thought winter will never come but I guess we were wrong. In that case, we decided to create this DIY garter leggings to cover up our legs but still lookin' stylish and chic. We've seen similar leggings made out of velvet from Wasteland for $65.00. We thought it was a bit expensive, so why not make one yourself for less than 10 dollars, right?
